Born in 1977 into the Olusanya family of Ago-Iwoye, Chief Mrs. Adebutu Kessington received her education in both Lagos and Ogun states. She graduated in 2001 with a degree in Accountancy from Olabisi Onabanjo University.
Before fully immersing herself in the business world, she completed her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in Benin City. Following her service year, she briefly worked as an Accountant at Homeland America International Union, which facilitated Western Union Funds transfers in Nigeria.
