As with any support program, there are specific criteria that must be met before proceeding with your application. These criteria are in place to ensure that resources are effectively utilized and directed to those who are most in need.
To proceed with your application, you must fulfill the following requirements:
- A reputable medical institution's diagnosis confirming infertility.
- Evidence of financial need, demonstrated through cash flow and treatment cost information.
- Adequate living arrangements and the means to provide ongoing support to a child.
