Talatu Akut
Ms. Talatu Akut , born in 1979 into the prominent Akut family of Kaduna State is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in the oil and gas industry across diverse businesses. Ms Akut holds a Degree in Human Resource Management from Central University, Accra-Ghana, which has equipped her with a global perspective in her industry.
She started her career in the oil and gas Industry and has moved up the ladder across the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors especially and more recently, Crude trade operations, whilst making a significant impact on every step of her career path. She has also consulted for major businesses within the industry, bringing to fore her wealth of experience and contributing to the growth of the industry. She is currently the lead consultant at Ziphron Energy Limited. Apart from the oil and gas industry, Ms Akut has also built for herself a successful business in the Real Estate Industry, proving herself a well-rounded and insightful business woman. Her career journey has taken her to various corners of the world, reflecting her love for travel and her ability to thrive in multicultural settings.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ms Akut is a devout Christian whose faith informs her work and interactions. She embodies a commitment to making a positive impact in the world, as evidenced by her extensive volunteer work in orphanages within the last decade and her genuine love for children, especially infants; hence, her recent partnership with ‘Fruit of the Womb Support Foundation’, a charity organisation committed to supporting families in overcoming the challenges of infertility.
