Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to each application for Fruit of The Womb Support Foundation (FoTWSF) Grant. Fulfilling each requirement increases each applicant's chances of submitting a complete application.
- To be considered, all applicants are required to complete the form available on the website.
- Only legally married couples are eligible to apply
- Couples without biological children currently residing in their home will receive preference in the selection process.
- The primary applicant (female) must fall within the age range of 25 to 43.
- Applicants must demonstrate a likelihood of successful treatment based on their diagnosis.
- Preference will be given to applicants without any pre-existing conditions that may hinder successful outcomes.
- Applicants must be willing and capable of showing a verifiable source of livelihood, enough to cater for the welfare of the family. Applicants should either reside in Lagos, Nigeria, or be willing to relocate to the designated location for the treatment period at their own expense. Applicants can reside anywhere within Nigeria and relocation expense for the purpose of taking the treatment may or may not be covered by the applicant depending on the outcome of the applicant's financial status review.
